Even with that, the busiest people also want to put in the effort with the people their dating. If you don’t feel any effort being put into dating, you should probably leave and put your focus elsewhere. Nonchalant people are not people you want to commit and settle down with. Everyone deserves someone who genuinely cares, even about the small things. If someone is nonchalant when courting you, it will be worse when they have you.

The best way to avoid people with such turn-offs is to simply express your boundaries and standards at the beginning of your dating relationship. Most people would come forward and admit they simply cannot change themselves. If a person offers to tone down such behaviours give them the chance to.
If you are less patient with such behaviours simply remove yourself from people who act this way. It’s much easier to do when you notice it the first time. Once you wait a while to see whether or not you saw the red flag, it has become a habit.
